Refund policy

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery.

StackPro does not offer a long-term money-back guarantee.

Returns requested after the 7-day window will not be accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in good condition

  • No intentional damage

  • All original components and packaging must be included

  • Return authorization must be obtained in advance

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Items returned beyond the 14-day period

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If applicable, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using:

  • A trackable shipping service

  • Shipping insurance

We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • A gift credit will be issued once the return is received and approved
